The hotel had lovely and clean rooms, but navigating the steep stairs could be challenging for the elderly. The reception was helpful, although there was an issue with lack of follow-up on promises. The service was accommodating, especially from the chef, and housekeeping was attentive. The location was convenient for various activities. The dining experience left much to be desired with a disappointing breakfast offering.
